Our support is offered in flexible time blocks to suit individual needs. Whether you’re seeking a targeted exploration, brief check-in, or regular nudges to stay on track, we’ve got options that meet you where you are.
Session Fees
We bill all sessions based on their duration. Therefore, you only pay for the time you use. Please review our pricing structure below:

How Support Is Delivered
- Online Sessions: Live video or audio sessions.
- Telephone Calls: Scheduled calls for focused discussion and guidance.
- Email and Text: Ongoing support through check-ins, feedback and encouragement.
- In-Person (optional): Available in certain areas – please ask. (Travel fees may apply)

In addition to our standard sessions, we offer specialized resources. Although some costs are fixed, others depend on your specific requirements.

Booking and Payment
To confirm your booking, payment is requested in advance. Invoices are issued upon scheduling and are due within 5 days or prior to your first support session.

Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that life is unpredictable. If you need to change your plans, please provide at least 24 working hours’ notice, so we can offer your appointment to another family.
