The 5-Step Coaching Journey

Step 1: Start the Conversation

Let’s discuss your goals and how we can help. We respond to all enquiries within 24 working hours.

Step 2: Complimentary initial appointment (30 mins)

A deeper conversation via Teams (other options are available), where we explore concerns, diagnosis/es and gather background information. our perspective is important. This session is free of charge and focused entirely on your needs and wants.

Step 3: The Discovery Session (2 hours) Cost £350

This relaxed, in-depth session helps us learn more about the individual. This is usually undertaken one-on-one with the learner as it is vital that we hear their perspective. The session is shaped to their attention, energy and comfort levels.

Step 4: Your Personalized Action Plan

Within 5 working days, you’ll receive a detailed assessment and a proposed plan of action. We’ll then meet to discuss the report, which can be formatted to suit your preferences.

Step 5: Coaching Begins

If everyone agrees we’re the right fit and that we can work together. We devise a personalised programme of support.
